Rudi Quammie Williams, MBA
Rudi Quammie Williams is a graduate of York University’s Fine Arts and MBA Programs and has contributed his skills and knowledge to many organizations seeking to strengthen their organizational capacities while embracing the power of diversity equity and inclusion. Quammie advised on the City of Toronto’s “Multi-Year Plan on Actions to Confront Anti-Black Racism”. He facilitated meetings and sessions of the Confronting Anti-Black Racism Partnership Accountability Circle that supports the work of the Countering Anti-Black Racism Unit at Toronto’s City Hall. Quammie has a long history of public service through his career working with provincial and municipal levels of government and in a number of community serving organizations. As Director of Culture at the City of Barrie, Rudi Quammie Williams established the municipality’s first Department of Culture and managed the City’s investment in a strong Culture sector. His contribution enhanced the lives of residents and attracted qualified professionals in the areas of health, technology and multi-media. In addition to his love of business and dedication to creating strong qualified leadership, Quammie is a multi-disciplinary artist who specializes in the use of arts and culture in African centred learning opportunities.

Rudi Quammie Williams is a mentor to youth, community businesses, organizations, governments and individuals. He is a business consultant and facilitator with a passion for entrepreneurship and small business. He has dedicated his career to amongst other things the provision of strategic planning, start-up, change management, policy development, and consulting services to public sector, community not-for-profit, arts, entrepreneurial, entertainment and media clients.

Ginelle R. Skerritt, BA Hons. Issues in Communications
Ginelle is a senior leader, international public speaker, moderator, facilitator, trainer and coach with a broad range of experiences including administration, social enterprise development, fundraising, youth development, anti-racism, diversity and inclusion training, organizational development, communications and economic inclusion.

Ginelle is a skilled team-/builder, coach and manager with the ability to communicate effectively and build relationships across diverse teams, cultures and professional designations. Competencies in Human Resource management in union and non-union settings, nurturing a continuous learning environment. Extensive financial management and development experience as a professional fundraiser, as the executive lead administrator, as a member of several Boards and committees, and directing the operations of social enterprise retail businesses.

Since 1994, Ginelle has led anti-discrimination training to various groups including police officers, teachers, Canadian Forces personnel, elementary and high-school students and social service workers. Ginelle is a published author and leader on the topic of traditional savings and credit associations, ROSCAs and collective economic development solutions.

A gifted communicator she is dedicated to principles of diversity, inclusion, positive identity and social justice. Her early advocacy work focused on the anti-apartheid movement, the Black Action Defence Committee volunteering for Arts organizations. Her current focus is on promoting community safety, policing reform, Food Sovereignty and African Indigenous Knowledge.

Christine Davis, MSW
Christine Davis is a clinical therapist who works with adults and teens who are coping with mood disorders. Christine is passionate about providing culturally responsive mental health services and addressing the multiple barriers that influence wellness and recovery for marginalized people. Her commitment to social justice is grounded in critical anti-oppressive practices.

Christine has provided support and advocacy for family caregivers, survivors of trauma and teens struggling with anxiety and depression. She has worked within different mental health facilities offering group and individual therapies to adults, teens and their families in an effort to address issues of suicide, self-harm and diminished quality of life.

Christine is a Registered Social Worker and a trained cognitive and dialectic behavior therapist. Christine holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from McMaster University and a Master of Social Work from York University.
